Wendy Miller, LPN

Wendy started as an STNA at Scenic Pointe, our sister facility, in 1997. She loved taking care of her residents so much that it inspired her to continue her education and head back to nursing school. Wendy had a lot of support and encouragement from her peers to push herself and chase her dreams.

Wendy graduated from WSCSS Adult Program in 2002 and started at our facility when it was still Sunset View. She has always been flexible and floated between units. Wendy has assisted Lori with wound care and filled in many positions over the years. Now with all her knowledge and calm demeanor, she has been the ADON since September 2022! In total, Wendy has worked at Sycamore Run for 26 years.



Wendy will be celebrating her 29th wedding anniversary on May 28th with her husband, Jeff! Together they have a daughter, Serena, 27, a son, Collin, 23, and six nephews. Wendy enjoys spending time with her brother, Doug, and his wife. Her favorite house members are her huskies, Miska and Felix (Dumb & Dumber), and Isabella (Izzy) the cat.

Wendy loves to read and travel. Disney World is her favorite place to visit. One day, she dreams of going to Alaska, any islands, and the Holy Land. She also enjoys baking; however, someone else can do the cleanup! Her favorite foods are chocolate, cheesecake, and a great steak!
