The nurses are Angels. They are very caring and helpful. The friends I have made are great people. We laugh together and cry together, and just enjoy being together.
I always felt that my brother was in good hands. Whenever I visit him he is always complimentary about the staff and his care. Whenever I call with questions they are always answered.
I have no concerns about the care my ward is receiving. She is getting excellent care.
To everyone that took care of me while I was in the nursing home, everyone was so nice to me. Thank You and God Bless you.

The staff is all helpful, kind and caring. Dad enjoys the food. Therapy seems to be helping him. His diabetes has stabilized, he seems to thrive when he is on a schedule.

The employees were very professional; they made you feel like you are a real person not just a resident. The nurses were great, when you needed something they got it for you.
The experience was very good. The staff was excellent when I rang they were in my room. The food was good, the place is neat and clean and the hallways were always uncluttered. The Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy was great also, it certainly helped me. So, all in all, I would recommend Sycamore Run to anyone.
I love this Sycamore Run Nursing Center. Everyone is so helpful and kind, cheerful and I have no gripes about anything. I love everyone and I had Physical Therapy, which was wonderful. Dr Latouf is a great doctor, I have had him for 26 years. Keep up the good work - praises for everyone.
The nurses along with the aides have been extremely nice. The care has been excellent and we are pleased. The food has been good and no shortage of it, plus getting trays for my husband and grandson is very impressive.
Everyone was very nice. The R. N.’s were really good and would always try to give you an answer to your questions. The aides were very nice and helpful. The night shift crew was a good group. Thanks for the care and friendship I was given.
My stay at Sycamore Run has been beneficial. I have made some improvement, the staff has been helpful. The meals are great. The staff nurses and aides go out of there way to assist, they seem caring too which helps.
All of the Aides and Nurses were very helpful and took good care of me. My therapy sessions helped start my day giving me more energy and I could move my body with less pain.
I was well pleased to know I could come here for Rehab as my wife had been here previously and received good care. I appreciate the quiet clean and comfortable room. The food was excellent and the service was fantastic. The aides and nurses cheerfulness and helpfulness was wonderful. Therapy was done well and even though at times a little "strong" the results were great. Keep up your excellent care and fellowship.an and easy to move around in.
Everything is well organized and staff is very helpful and willing to give me the best care possible. They are cheerful and upbeat. The Therapy staff are caring and determined to work with me to get good results. My room is clean and easy to move around in.
We would like to thank the entire staff of Sycamore Run for the wonderful care they given to our husband and father. Not only did you care for him, but you also provided top notch assistance to us, when ever needed. Your compassionate care truly gave us peace of mind.

The staff was courteous and really worked with the family. Dad has a good sense of humor and they all seemed to get that. All worked to get him back on his feet and home. Nick came to your facility with multiple health and behavior issues. Your staff immediately assessed his needs and Nick was given a Broda chair which provided comfort. I live more than an hour away and work fulltime. Your staff, especially Sherry, called often with updates on Nick's condition, giving me pertinent information on his declining condition.
When it became necessary to call in hospice, no one skipped a beat. Life Care Hospice would reach out to me constantly. The times I entered your building I found everything as it should be. Nick would be up in his chair in his helmet engaged with staff and other residents. I saw him enjoy activities with an STNA, playing cards. As a game, with laughter he would slap the red ones as she turned them.
He ate with other residents. Nick's room was clean and neat. Nick was clean and cared for. My visits were always positive and unannounced. I was grateful when Nick was accepted as a resident. He was blessed to have such great care. On behalf of Nick, thank you and everyone there for such a positive experience.

I just wanted to let you know that your staff are providing Harlan with exceptional care and support. I drive down from Cleveland once a month and I am uniformly impressed on each visit with the high standards of care your organization has established and adheres to daily.
The facility is immaculate and Harlan's room is always neat and tidy. The care you provide Harlan is first rate in every respect. The concern of the staff for Harlan's wellbeing is evident with all the communications I receive which are written, telephonic and online. The staff I encounter during my visits are always very helpful and professional. Perhaps the greatest judge is Harlan himself. He enjoys the environment that is provided and is quite happy with his living situation.

Thanks for the beautiful pink table and flowers. It was breathtaking to see how pretty it looked. From the people who cooked the dinner to all the amazing people who took the time to serve everyone and make sure everyone had enough to eat. It made me feel very proud to know all the people who work here. They helped the handicapped make sure they were fed. Then the staff and workers joined in to eat. It was like a family reunion! It was truly a Christmas dinner. God bless each and every one who took the time to work and make it a truly special day not for just me but for everyone.
There were so many friendly faces and welcoming people. I knew right away that I had made the right choice to come here to work. There is solid leadership, accountability, and trust within the management and administration. Our facility physician is amazing. He is a great educator, as well as kind, caring, and responsive to our residents' needs. These are the people I want to work with!
The care here was very good. The nurses were very caring and so were the STNAs. I did not join in the activities, but your building has a lot for your residents to do. I will give your staff 100%. And the food was great. Do not change a thing.

I like the decorating throughout the year. It brings life to Sycamore. I like the bake sales & raffles that give back to those not receiving from the outside. So glad to have handicapped operating doors at the main entrance. It has helped so many. Aides are so very attentive to the needs of residents here. It is a clean facility and the food is good. I appreciate the management for always calling me with updates.
