November Employee of the Month

We are excited to shine the spotlight on Sharon Mullins, our November Employee of the Month at Sycamore Run! Sharon has been a dedicated member of our team for an incredible 37 years, and her impact on our residents and facility has been nothing short of extraordinary.



Sharon’s warm spirit, commitment, and genuine care for our residents bring so much joy to everyone around her. She truly embodies what it means to make a difference—every smile, every kind gesture, and every moment she shares with our residents is filled with heart.

Outside of work, Sharon enjoys spending time with her husband of 14 years, their combined family of 6 children, and indulging in her hobbies like crafting, baking, and sewing. She even brings her creative talents to a heartwarming mission: along with her friend Barb, Sharon has sewn over 2,100 personalized pillowcases for children in need.

A lover of old gospel and country music, Sharon's favorite foods include chicken, fresh fruit, and veggie dip. She adores Christmas and finds joy in the seasons of spring and fall. One of her dreams is to visit every state in the U.S., taking in the beauty of nature and scenery along the way. When asked what she loves most about her job, Sharon shared, "I love making residents smile, working with them, and truly making a difference in their lives."
