September Employee of the Month

At Sycamore Run, our employees are our greatest asset. We are always delighted to honor the incredible poeple that shape our facility. Their dedicated service and commitment to our organization uphold our principles, demonstrate our vision of working for a better future, deliver on our customer promise and make us the dynamic organization we are today. This month one individual stood out, and that is Mike Seevers!

Mike is one of our awesome STNAs and does all of our transports. He has been employed with us for nine years. Mike was chosen by his peers for this award for many reasons. One reason is his flexibility in getting the residents to their appointments. He willingly works on the floor and runs errands for everyone. He is also extremely cooperative with staff, residents, and their families. Mike makes such a positive impact on the day-to-day tasks at Sycamore Run and is truly committed to our Culture of Care.



Mike has a loving and growing family with two children and five grandchildren. He has been married to his wife, Juanita, for 34 wonderful years. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family. He also loves the summer season, and the color is blue. Lastly, he shared that he loves taking care of people and working at Sycamore Run.
