Sycamore Run enters the month of October, where the autumn breeze carries the promise of exciting activities and heartwarming moments. As the leaves change, so do our offerings, ensuring a month filled with joy, engagement, and companionship for our residents. From arts and crafts to soothing nature walks, our Activities Calendar is brimming with opportunities for residents to connect, learn, and thrive. Join us in celebrating the beauty of autumn and the bonds that make Sycamore Run a true home!
Our residents are mostly looking forward to playing Halloween games, with The Candy Game being their all-time favorite. This is played like musical chairs but they pass a pumpkin bucket filled with candy. When the music stops, the person holding to bucket gets to choose a piece of candy from the bucket.. They're also excited for Friday Fall Treats where they can enjoy seasonal favorites like S'more Bars, Apple Pie Bars, Pumpkin Pie Dump Cake, and Gingerbread Cake with Caramel Frosting. Last but not least, they can't wait to trick-or-treat around the facility!
