July Employee of the Month

Being a part of the Foundations Health Solutions family means that Sycamore Run is dedicated to our residents. We owe it to each resident that walks through our doors to give them the highest level of care and compassion. This value runs deep within our facility, and our employees help carry this out through their actions.

An employee, in particular, that helps carry out our Culture of Care is Trish Yoder, in our Dietary Department. Trish has been named Sycamore Run's Employee of the Month for July and couldn't be more deserving!

Trish has been with us for 17 ½ years! She was chosen by her peers because she is an excellent worker. She does a great job listening to what the residents do and don't like. She always makes sure they are getting a delicious and nutritious meal. She knows the ins and outs of her job and is always doing it with a smile on her face.

In her spare time, Trish loves to play with her dog, Smokie, and her cat, Misty. She loves rock music such as Bob Segar and Tom Petty. A few of her favorite things are pizza, ice cream, and the spring season. One day, she would love to go on a cruise. One thing you might not know about her is that she played softball in school and was also in a church league.

Trish said she loves being there for her residents and working with such a great team! Congratulations, Trish, and thank you for being an awesome employee at Sycamore Run!
