January Employee of the Month

Please help us congratulate Kayla Swartz on being Sycamore Run’s January Employee Of the Month! Kayla has been with the Sycamore Team for almost a year. You have probably seen her welcoming smile at the front desk or heard her warm voice if you've called in. Kayla is a vital asset to our team and is one of the front runners that help make our building operate smoothly.
One of Kayla's favorite parts about being a front desk supervisor is the people she gets to work with and the residents she gets to meet. She believes the overall environment at Sycamore Run is friendly and welcoming, and she certainly helps keep it that way. Kayla is also an asset to our Social Services Department, acting as Stephanie Rosales' right-hand woman. Kayla is learning as much as she can from Stephanie and one day would like to step into the role of Social Services. If she could switch positions with anyone in the building, it would be with our Human Resources Director, Vera.
We wanted to share a few things you might not know about Kayla. Her birthday is September 30, and she is 28 Years old. Her favorite color is black. She has two adorable little pups named Stella and Cash. She has been married to her husband, Austin, for three years and is a bonus mom to her stepson, Ben. Her favorite vacation destination is Tennessee. She enjoys reading, with her favorite book being Night by Elie Wiesel. She is a morning person, so she enjoys her drive to work, where she sings as if she was hosting her very own concert. In five years, Kayla hopes to be in a Social Services position, have another child, and move into a bigger house.
