May Employee of the Month

Please join us in congratulating our May Employee of the Month, Ashley Ringler! Ashley has been a member of the Sycamore Run team for six years.

Ashley was chosen by her peers as Employee of the Month because of her continuous smile. She always makes sure the residents are well cared for and treats everyone she meets with respect and kindness. Ashley is always willing to help out and lend a hand when she sees someone in need. Ashley loves her job at Sycamore because she loves being able to help her residents with their daily life and with the things they can no longer do themselves.



Shedding some light on Ashley's personal life, she is engaged to Tyler Rizer, and they've been together for two years. She has a son named Hunter, who is five years old. She is looking forward to him starting kindergarten in the fall. She also has an adorable 1-year-old dog named Melody.

In her spare time, Ashley loves to paint, draw, and be outdoors. A few of her favorite things include listening to '80s music, Mexican and Chinese food, Easter and the spring season. Ashley would love to visit Las Vegas and play at the casino with Steph Morris and win big! She says Steph is lucky so she would have a better chance of winning.
